White Horses in the village of Bantham, , is our family holiday house. It is due for refurbishment this autumn. Beside the Avon estuary and sea this is a place of magnificent natural beauty.
Walking meditation outside, bring warm clothes and walking shoes.
There will be strong challenging asana and stretches for adepts and gentler limberings for beginners and others. Everyone can benefit from modified postures and the yogic teaching. We all work within the level suitable for our present state of fitness.
An upright sitting posture for meditation is taught and encouraged, with cushions and blankets to help, some people prefer to use a chair or even lie down.
The sitting is interspersed with walking meditation.

Delicious vegetarian meals. Some help clearing up please.
A relaxed silence upheld most of the time allows our minds to release the chattering of ordinary daily life and settle into more spacious levels of joyful awareness.
Mandala painting (optional) works as a kind of non-verbal journaling, for those who enjoy working with colour, proportion and paint

Everyone gets a single room. Best £240, standard £230, economy £200
